Client Privacy

This policy explains how Uraan Socials (“Uraan”, “we”) handles information when you work with us, visit this site, or book a discovery call. It covers clinic clients — not a substitute for the privacy notice you give your own patients.

What we collect

From clinics: practice name, locations, treatment list, branding assets, calendars we are asked to connect, CRM credentials you choose to share, billing contacts, and the notes you give us on a discovery call. From this website: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) and anything you type into a booking form hosted by our scheduling partner.

From patients of yours: only what is required to run the acquisition system you hired us to operate — typically name, contact details, treatment interest, qualification answers, and appointment time. We process that as a service provider on your behalf.

How we use it

To build landing pages, run Meta ads, qualify and book patients, send confirmation / reminder / no-show emails, optimize campaigns, invoice you, and reply when you write to uraansocials@gmail.com. We do not sell client or patient lists.

Ads, pixels, and email

Campaigns may use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels and conversion APIs on the landing pages we host for you. Email sequences are sent through the CRM or ESP we connect during onboarding. You are the controller of patient data; we follow your instructions and applicable platform terms.

Sharing

We share information with the tools needed to deliver the service: Meta, hosting, the booking/CRM stack you approve, and payment processors. We may disclose information if required by law. Contractors who help us produce work are bound to keep it confidential.

Retention and security

Clinic files stay while the engagement is active and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner (and law allows). Patient records in the CRM follow the retention you set. We use access controls and least-privilege logins; no method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Email uraansocials@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete clinic information we hold, or to pause processing. Patient requests (access, deletion, do-not-contact) should come through the clinic; we will help you action them in the systems we operate.

Children

Our services are for clinics and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly market to children.
