Cancellation Policy

No long-term contract. $300 one-time setup. $500/month starts the day the campaign goes live. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

How to cancel

Email uraansocials@gmail.com from the address on your account, or tell us on a call and confirm in writing. Cancellation is effective at the end of the prepaid month unless we agree otherwise. There is no extra cancellation fee.

Setup fee

The $300 setup covers landing pages, qualification, booking, CRM sequences, and campaign build. It is due before production. Once we have started that build, the setup fee is not refundable. If you cancel after paying setup but before we begin, we will refund it.

Monthly fee

The $500 monthly fee bills on the live-date anniversary. If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month. We do not pro-rate a month that has already started, except where required by law.

What stops when you cancel

We pause or hand over Meta ads, stop new booking traffic we control, and freeze further optimization. Email sequences already in flight may complete unless you ask us to turn them off. Organic retainers stop new production at the end of the paid period.

Your assets and data

After cancellation we will, on request, export landing-page copy, creative files we produced, and a patient/booking export from the CRM we operate — within fourteen days. Ad accounts you own stay yours. If the ad account is ours, we will transfer assets where the platform allows.

Rebooking

You can start again later. A new setup fee may apply if pages, offers, or tracking have to be rebuilt.
